Workflow automation · Lead follow-up · Back-office ops
The busywork
ends here.
Every lead followed up within minutes. Quotes chased without you remembering. Invoices out the same day. The admin layer of your business — running itself, checked by software that alerts you if anything drifts.
What runs itself
Pick the chore. I'll make it disappear.
- Lead follow-up. Every new inquiry gets a fast, personal-feeling response — then polite persistence until they answer. No lead dies in your inbox.
- Quoting & estimates. Draft quotes generated from your price list and past jobs, ready for your one-click approval.
- Invoicing & collections. Invoices go out same-day; gentle reminders chase late payments so you don't have to be the bad guy.
- Scheduling & reminders. Bookings confirmed, rescheduled, and reminded automatically — fewer no-shows, fewer phone tag rounds.
- Inbox triage. Emails sorted, summarized, drafted, and routed. You open your inbox to decisions, not chores.
- Reports that write themselves. Weekly numbers — revenue, jobs, response times — assembled and sent while you sleep.
How I build it
Boring reliability beats clever demos.
Map one painful workflow end-to-end
We start with the single task that costs you the most hours. Not ten automations — one, done properly.
Automate on top of your tools
Your email, your accounting software, your CRM, your spreadsheets. Connected, not replaced. You keep working the way you already think.
Watch it, log it, alert on it
Everything runs with monitoring and readable logs. If a step ever fails, you hear about it — before it becomes a fire.
Plays nicely with QuickBooks, Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Stripe, and most industry tools. Serving The Villages, Ocala, Lady Lake, Leesburg — and remote everywhere.
Questions
Asked on almost every first call.
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
No. Good automation sits on top of the tools you already have — Gmail, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, your CRM, your calendar — and makes them talk to each other. Replacement is a last resort, not a sales tactic.
Where does AI actually fit in — and where doesn't it?
AI earns its keep reading and writing: summarizing emails, drafting replies and quotes, extracting details from messages, logging calls. Deterministic rules handle routing, reminders, and math. I use each only where it beats doing it by hand.
Is my customer data safe?
Your data stays in systems you own — your accounts, your credentials, revocable anytime. Nothing gets sold, shared, or used to train anyone's models. You'll get a plain-English list of exactly what touches what.
What if something breaks while I'm not looking?
Automations are monitored: failures alert both of us instead of failing silently, and every run keeps a log you can read. Fixing issues is included for the first 90 days.
What does this cost?
Single-workflow automations usually start around $1,500 fixed. Multi-step operations projects are quoted individually — always a fixed price agreed before work starts, never hourly meter-running.
Name the task you hate most. That's the demo.
Twenty minutes, free, no pitch. Walk away with at least one idea you can use either way.
